Order Changes & Cancellations

CHANGE & CANCELLATION WINDOW

Order changes or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

Requests submitted after this 12-hour window will not be supported, as orders may already be in preparation or processing.

ORDER CHANGES

Within the first 12 hours after placing an order, we can assist with updating the following information only:

• Recipient name
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Shipping address

Requests to change product quantities or replace items are not supported.
In these cases, customers must cancel the original order and place a new one.

After the 12-hour window, no order changes can be made.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

For eligible canceled orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

AFTER THE 12-HOUR WINDOW

After 12 hours, we are unable to modify or cancel orders for any reason.
