REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy and apply only to orders that meet the stated eligibility requirements.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

• The order is canceled within the allowed cancellation window
• The returned item meets all return conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchanges policy
• The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

REFUND PROCESS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund decision.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection is completed.

Refund processing time may vary depending on PayPal and the customer’s financial institution. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside of our control.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

For eligible canceled orders, refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is related to a verified case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

For customer-initiated returns, original shipping fees are not refunded.
